A short note. A first conversation.
Coaching engagements at Nirvedha begin with a three-conversation diagnostic. The first conversation surfaces the real problem. The second tests whether behaviour change inside a six-month window is the right answer. The third agrees on the OKRs and the stakeholder set. None of the three is paid.
Around one in three of these diagnostics ends without an engagement. That is intentional. Coaching only works when the leader, the system around them, and the timing are all moveable. When any one of those is fixed, a different intervention is the right answer — and Sudhakar will say so.
