About Sudhakar Reddy Gade · Organisational Physicist

Hyderabad. Sunday morning. The bike is in the corner; the manuscript of the eighth paper is on the desk. Both are forms of discipline, and both inform the third — the coaching room.

I started in this city. July 1994. Bliss Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, medical representative — and in 1994, before the internet and before the mobile phone, the medical representative was how a practising doctor learned about a new drug delivery system, a new therapy, the latest published research. The MR was the channel. Knowledge first; transaction second.

The route after that ran through fourteen years of pharmaceutical sales and operations. Medical rep. Area manager. Head of United Andhra at Raptakos, where I launched a new division called Eidikos. South-India roles at Bharat Serums, Wallace, and IQVIA. Then a Knowledge Process Outsourcing build from zero at PharmaForce.

Six and a half years at TCS followed — split between Chennai and Pune. The Chennai phase was a rescue: the Wolters Kluwer account, twenty-five million dollars on the verge of client pullback. Six months to stabilise. Gross margin from twenty-five to seventy. The Pune phase was a build: the Microsoft account from eighty thousand dollars to thirty million by departure.

In May 2016 I moved to Mumbai for Course5i. By January 2017 I had left corporate altogether and made coaching the only work. The Mumbai years gave the practice its first real shape.

September 2021 — I came home to Hyderabad.

Nine years into the practice, it runs on three things. The First Discipline — no corporate client is named on this site, ever. Eight DOI-cited papers, two of them written for the Indian coaching market itself. And the one proof point I am ethically free to show you — a girl I met in Mumbai when she was in Class 10, who I coached for two years, and who finished number one at the Deccan Cliffhanger and the Great Himalayan 5.

Read on if any of that sounds like a coach you want to spend six months with.

The body that informs the room

Half marathons. Brevets. Ultra cycling. Two podiums on Indian ultra-cycling.

The body teaches what the boardroom does not — patience, the long curve, the uncomfortable middle. I run, I cycle, I lift. None of it is the practice. All of it is evidence the practice is real.

Half marathon personal best of 2:00:00. Lonavala Ultra Marathon, 35 km, 2019. The full Randonneur brevet series complete: 200 / 300 / 400 / 600 km solo. Active on Strava with 1,100+ followers.

Two ultra-cycling podiums in 2022, both as Team Praturti with student Niharika Reddy Marapareddy. Both records sit on Inspire India's results page and can be checked.

The First Discipline
Coaching is the only act of leadership that is intentionally invisible.

No corporate client is named on this site. None will be. The leaders coached at Nirvedha include Fortune 500 CXOs, SBU heads, and board directors — and the only reason this work has continued for nine years is because what is said in the coaching room stays in the coaching room. Two named relationships will appear on these pages — both consented in writing. Everyone else stays private.

That choice is the work.
