Frameworks

Twelve frameworks. Each one was field-tested before it was named.

The frameworks are not a methodology library. They are working tools — instruments built inside coaching engagements, refined through repetition, then named so they can be deployed cleanly. Six are coaching-anchored. Six are AI-anchored. RE:CODE™ is the thread that runs through both.

Six coaching frameworks

The instruments built inside coaching engagements.

01

RE:CODE™

The 6-month coaching sprint built around six OKR cycles. The headline programme. Used in every senior-leader engagement. 35% faster time-to-impact than traditional one-on-one coaching.

02

N-GAGE

Nirvedha's Goal Achievement Grid Enabler. Maps the leader's developmental needs against the requirements of their current role and the role they are stepping into. The diagnostic instrument under RE:CODE™ Step One.

03

Quantum Coaching

Physics principles applied to behavioural change — entanglement, dissipative structures, wave-particle duality. The flagship methodology behind The Physics of Leadership.

04

IMF

Influence — Momentum — Field. A diagnostic for senior leaders entering new accountability surfaces. Used to assess what kind of authority a leader actually carries inside a system before any intervention is designed.

05

LENS

A four-step assessment lens for leaders making strategic decisions under high uncertainty. Borrowed shape from Bayesian update — applied to the human work of choosing between defensible options.

06

Fear Audit

A clinical inventory of the seven fears senior leaders carry into the boardroom. Run in the first RE:CODE™ session — without it, behavioural change tends to address the symptom, not the source.

Six AI frameworks

The AI-anchored instruments. Six tools for leaders deciding what AI changes — and what it does not.

07

AI Capability Radar

Maps an organisation's AI surface area — what is automatable, what is augmentable, what is human-bound — against its leadership readiness. The first deliverable in any AI engagement.

09

Quantum Prompt Architecture

Applying quantum principles — superposition, observer effects, entanglement — to AI prompt design. Built for leaders who work with frontier-model assistants and want their prompting to compound.

10

AI Adoption Arc

The five-stage curve every organisation moves through when adopting AI — denial, pilot, integration, dependency, redesign. With clear behavioural signals for each transition.

AI Ethics Compass

A working tool for leaders navigating the ethical surface area of AI deployment — agency, attribution, asymmetry, accountability. Not a manifesto. A decision instrument.

How they fit together

RE:CODE™ is the thread.

A typical six-month engagement deploys five to seven of these frameworks. RE:CODE™ holds the structure. N-GAGE produces the diagnostic in Step One. Fear Audit lands inside Step Two. IMF and LENS shape the stakeholder work in Steps Three and Four. The AI frameworks come in only when the leader's accountability surface includes AI — which is increasingly all of them.

Quantum Coaching is not deployed as a step. It is the lens through which the whole engagement is run.
