Pharma and life sciences
Hyderabad carries a concentration of pharmaceutical and life-sciences leadership found in few other cities. Fourteen of my own years before coaching were spent in that industry.
Short answer: I am Sudhakar Reddy Gade. I coach senior leaders from Hyderabad, where the practice has been based since it was founded in January 2017 — in person across the city, and remotely for leaders elsewhere in India and in the United States. Engagements run twelve months, built on the six-month RE:CODE™ sprint.
180+ senior leaders coached since 2017. If you are comparing coaches rather than reading about one, start with How to Choose an Executive Coach in India — six kinds of provider compared, including where this one is the wrong answer — or with How to Hire a Coach, written to be used on any coach, including me.
SVPs, CXOs, SBU heads, founders and board directors — and the high-potential leaders being prepared for those rooms. The common thread is not seniority but a transition: a scope that has outgrown the way you currently work.

Leaders running delivery for a parent company on another continent, accountable for outcomes decided elsewhere. Six and a half years at TCS sit behind how I read that room.
Clinician-leaders moving into management, where authority earned at the bedside does not transfer automatically to the boardroom.
Founders returning to the chair, and directors preparing for or already holding a seat. Board work is described separately at Board & Directors.
Engagements run twelve months, with the six-month RE:CODE™ sprint — three phases, Re-orient, Re-pattern, Re-deliver — at the centre. One coaching session per fortnight, monthly stakeholder calibration, and OKRs agreed and tracked at every checkpoint.
Sessions in Hyderabad are held in person where that suits you and by video where it does not. Nothing about the method changes between the two; the room is private either way. The full engagement model is set out at Executive Coaching.
It begins with a thirty-minute conversation — no agenda, no slides — so both of us can decide whether the fit is real.
180+ unique senior leaders coached since 2017. Of those, 103 engaged specifically for promotion coaching; across that cohort the median time from kickoff to promotion is 5.8 months, and ₹32 Crore is the sum of their annual salary increases at promotion.
Those figures are reviewed internally against Nirvedha engagement records for 1 January 2017 – 31 May 2026. They are not audited externally, because the coaching agreements protect exactly what an auditor would need to see. Every population, formula and limitation is published at Evidence & Methodology — including the three claims withdrawn for being unsupportable.
No coaching client is named on this site, in Hyderabad or anywhere else. That is the first discipline of the practice and it is not negotiable, which is also why you will find no testimonials here from people I have coached.
Yes. The practice is based in Hyderabad and has been since 2017. Sessions are held in person across the city where that suits the leader, and by video where it does not. The practice address is Door Number 4, Jana Chaitanya Colony, beside Bavarchy Hotel, 101/26, Rd Number 2, Turkayamjal, Hyderabad, Telangana 501510 — write or call before coming, as sessions are normally held at your office or a neutral venue rather than there.
Fees are set per engagement rather than published, because they depend on scope, duration and whether the engagement is company-sponsored or funded by the leader. They are discussed in the first conversation. No fee is quoted on this site.
Twelve months, built on the six-month RE:CODE™ sprint. Four shorter one-to-one tracks run alongside it, compared side by side at Leadership Track.
Only where the company is sponsoring the engagement — then it consents at the HR level. Most coachees fund the work themselves, and in that case no employer is consulted and none is told.
On four questions that no certificate answers: can they move you, do you actually change, would you trust them, and have they tested their own limits. That is the whole argument of How to Hire a Coach, which is free and is written to be used on any coach.
