Corporate programmes

The programme is designed after the diagnosis.

Most providers publish a curriculum and ask your people to fit it. This runs the other way. You send the problem statement; the intervention is designed around it; and the format, duration and number of sessions follow from that design rather than preceding it.

01 · How a programme is built

Inputs first, then the design, then the calendar.

  1. 01You send the inputsThe seniority of the audience, the challenges they are carrying right now, and the leadership perspective the organisation wants to move toward. Detail here is what makes the rest useful.
  2. 02The problem statement is agreedNot the topic — the problem. A cohort that cannot make decisions without escalating is a different intervention from a cohort that decides well and cannot carry the room.
  3. 03The intervention is designedDrawn from the same corpus as the coaching room: six books, fifteen DOI-cited papers, and nine years of practice.
  4. 04Format and duration followKeynote, single workshop, a multi-session series, or a multi-day programme. The design decides which, and how many days — not a catalogue, and not a fixed price list.
02 · To scope a proposal

Three inputs, and a proposal can be written.

No confidential operational detail is needed at this stage, and none should be sent. These three are enough to establish whether there is a programme here at all.

03 · Territories

Four bodies of work the design draws on.

The Physics of Leadership

Leadership as a measurable, lawful, transformable system — the frame of the third book and the six physics-and-Vedanta papers, brought into a working session for senior teams.

The AI-Ready Leader

The Computability Frontier, the AI Capability Radar, and what stays irreducibly human as machines absorb the computable — from the fourth book and the six-paper AI series.

Behavioural change & self-mastery

The limiting beliefs that cap a leader’s ceiling and the discipline of reprogramming them — the territory of U R Unique, applied for leadership cohorts and physician groups.

Skills & the future of work

Progress through the development of skills — a line running from a 2017 World Youth Skills Day workshop through upskilling essays in the business press to today’s AI-era programmes.

Each is anchored in published work, which means a sponsor can read the underlying argument before commissioning anything. The papers and books are the syllabus, in public.

04 · What the sponsor gets

A cohort readout, and recommendations.

After the programme the commissioning sponsor receives a readout on the cohort and a set of recommendations — what this group is carrying, where the pattern sits, and what the organisation should do next about it.

The readout describes the cohort, not individuals. A workshop is public organisational work and is reported as such; anything that would identify a particular participant’s disclosure stays out of it.

On evaluation

How impact is measured is agreed with each client rather than imposed from a standard template, and it is settled before the programme runs, not after. Some sponsors want pre and post assessment; some want a follow-up at a fixed interval; some want the readout alone. No single evaluation instrument is claimed to fit every engagement.

05 · The rooms

Organisations that have hosted the work.

Industry
ITC · Vedanta · Agarwal Coal
Pharmaceuticals
Aurobindo Pharma
Healthcare
AIG Hospitals · Care Hospitals · Medicover Hospitals · Aster Hospitals · Ankura Hospitals
Regulatory
Workshops conducted for officers of SEBI
Medical practice
Continuing workshops for doctors in private practice, across the country
Institutions
VVIT, Guntur — World Youth Skills Day, 2017
A note on names

These organisations hosted workshops or speaking engagements — public, organisational work, named with their knowledge. Nothing here implies a coaching relationship. The coaching room remains unnamed, always. No logos, no endorsements: a list of rooms, nothing more.

Keynote themes and the speaking record are set out at Speaking & Workshops. Listed with the Indian Speaker Bureau.

06 · Adjacent, and separate

Fractional CLO is its own engagement.

Acting as a fractional Chief Learning Officer is a standing role inside an organisation, not a programme delivered to a cohort. It is a separate offer with a different shape and a different commitment, and it is not commissioned through this page — it is described at Fractional CLO. If that is what you are after, say so in the enquiry and it will be treated as its own conversation.

One-to-one executive coaching, including for leaders identified during a programme, is described at Executive Coaching. Board appointments and director coaching are at Board & Directors.

Send the problem, not the topic.

A corporate enquiry starts with the three inputs above and a thirty-minute conversation. If there is no real programme in it, you will be told that rather than sold one.
