The record
This is the record of Nirvedha's first ten years, year by year. It lists what happened, with the month where the sources give one. It does not list every session, and it names no clients or coachees. Every entry traces to a source: a third-party record where one exists, and a file in Nirvedha's own vault where one does not.
Note on method
Every entry traces to a source. Where a third party holds the record, we name it: Strava for runs and rides, Audax India for brevets and the Super Randonneur list, Inspire India for the two ultra races, Thinkers360 and the Forbes Coaches Council for recognition, and Zenodo for the papers. Where the fact is Sudhakar's own account, the entry says so. “Nirvedha email record” means dated email in Nirvedha's own mailbox, which runs from April 2017 and backs many entries; those emails are private, and nothing in them identifies a client. Every word here is backed by real conversations held in the room, anonymised to keep each client's identity safe. The runs and rides are here as the founder's public test of the method, not as results for any coachee. Organisations are described by the work, never named. Where a month is not in the sources, the entry shows only the year.
Format: Month (if known) — milestone — Source.
2017
Nirvedha's first year began as a practice and became a company. By April the coaching inbox was live, and Sudhakar was offering free goal-setting sessions to people thinking of starting on their own. In June he completed Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder Centered Coaching certification in New Delhi, then wrote to his fellow coaches to start a peer circle. That same month Nirvedha was registered as a private limited company, followed by its trademark filing and tax registration in July. Summer brought a seminar at an engineering college, and the first coaching programmes: twelve-session workbooks, weekly sessions and between-session reflection with senior professionals. Expert-network consulting calls added a steady outside view. Through the autumn the website was rebuilt for search and online payments, and Sudhakar followed his LinkedIn conversations with proposals to human-resources leaders at corporates and a hospital group. In October he signed up for a corporate-directorship masterclass, widening the board-level lens that would shape his coaching.

2018
The year began with writing. In January and February the second book on executive coaching was out on Kindle, and Sudhakar offered both editions free to delegates at a national HR learning conference in Mumbai. The day after, ten follow-up notes went to the HR and learning leaders met there, and the Directors' Conclave a fortnight later added more. From March the work became coaching in earnest: a private client set three goals, a manager at a chemicals company worked through a goal worksheet, and another private client signed an agreement in June. Public workshops followed, a planned June master class and a Mumbai seminar on disruption in August, with ticketed sessions on chasing goals. A new website was completed in September. The autumn brought a quiet but lasting change. A conversation with a leadership-app team in the UK was still held on Skype in late October; days later the first Zoom invitation went to a corporate coachee, and Zoom carried the rest of the year, with a management-skills programme built around a competency grid and weekly goals tracker. The year closed with a certification course in leadership assessment.

2019
2019 was the year Nirvedha took on corporate and healthcare work together. It opened with Sudhakar sharing his goal-achievement tool and training for a long hill run, which taught the pacing he later coached leaders to use. In spring a training partner brought a global IT services firm's role-play programme: forty-five participants in nine teams, facilitated in early April. In May a pharma foundation empanelled him as a doctor-level coach and faculty. In July the first leadership meet for senior doctors was held, and through August module after module followed in different cities. An agency partnership began the same month. Autumn brought an emotional intelligence talk for a pharma learning team, student mentoring for an entrepreneurship competition, and coaching conversations that carried into the new year.

2020
In 2020, Nirvedha learned to work from a screen. In February, Sudhakar delivered a soft-skills programme at an institute for securities markets, in person. In March he offered an emotional-intelligence workshop to doctors' associations, and a planned programme for a pharma company's academy was called off as Covid-19 spread. From May, everything moved online. A public webinar on managing emotions brought warm feedback and follow-up conversations. In July a new client signed up for a twelve-session coaching programme, and a stream of leadership articles began. An HR-technology firm interviewed him, a financial-services team took a self-awareness workshop on Zoom in August, and in October he led a capstone group for an IT services company. He agreed to mentor student teams in an entrepreneurship competition and joined a coaching platform for women leaders. The year closed with a proposal to a pharma company to build a coaching culture, beginning with its divisional heads. Alongside this, he started riding, and the discipline of it fed his coaching.

2021
In 2021 the coaching carried on through the screen. Sessions with senior managers ran weekly, mostly online, each with its own worksheet, and Sudhakar built a small goal-tracking sheet of his own for coachees heading into new roles. Not every request became an engagement. In March a former colleague, after a chemistry session, asked for a lower fee. Sudhakar held his terms, explaining that coaching is not training, and left the door open. Nirvedha takes on coaching only when the engagement meets its terms and standards. A free webinar on getting promoted drew a good crowd in May, and summer interns joined an online training programme. He also coached and assessed teams in a corporate learning programme that ran role plays across the year, and put in a proposal with a partner for a management-development contract abroad, which was later cancelled. In October a former employer's alumni network featured him in a spotlight interview.

Away from the desk, he trained for long rides and took up heart-rate running from May, slowing down on purpose to build a base. That patience, doing the unglamorous slow work first, is what he asks of coachees too.
In September Sudhakar moved to Hyderabad. In December he told clients that his base had changed while the company's registered address stayed the same. The year closed with a proposal for senior-leader coaching at a large corporate group, an invitation to take a stress and work-life programme to senior doctors from December, and a yes to a student summit talk for 2022.

2022
2022 was a year of working face to face. Nirvedha spent the spring shaping a leadership programme with a large consumer-goods group, from a first brief in January through a deck walk-through, revised proposals and a final planning call, and then delivered it over two days in the hills in May, ending with warm thanks from the leadership team. Around that anchor came a steady run of enquiries: a pharma foundation's training network asked for sessions on change, rejection, assessment centres and customer focus for a hospital group, and Sudhakar offered to take them on. He joined an executive-coaching partnership in August, applied to be an Atal Innovation Mission mentor, offered his time to start-ups and to a student entrepreneurship cell, and gave a talk as chief guest at an engineering college. Some proposals went quiet or were deferred to the next financial year, and he followed up politely each time. The cycling season ran alongside, with the Super Randonneur series finished in July and a first in category in November's relay with Niharika. The long, patient hours on the saddle fed the same habit he asked of leaders: steady preparation, then showing up. The year closed with the groundwork for a new executive coaching assignment.

2023
In 2023 the year was built around sponsored coaching. A corporate learning partner brought a group of senior leaders at a financial-services company to Sudhakar, and from January a steady rhythm of one-to-one conversations followed. After each session he sent the sponsor a short, honest note on progress, and he shared tools such as a competency grid, an emotional-quotient assessment and a behaviour-change framework. He told one prospective client that he believes in 360-degree development, where the people around a leader can see the change.

New conversations kept opening. A wellness company asked for help with a distrustful, siloed leadership team, a clinical-research organisation asked about a coaching intervention, and an agency put his profile forward for a professional-services firm.
December was busy. A conglomerate asked for a two-day leadership workshop on collaboration and delegation, which he designed in a week. A hospital group asked for a two-day programme on empathy, communication and culture for new joiners, and he sent a full plan the same day. A public-speaking association invited him as Chief Guest to its regional conference to speak on personal brand. Away from the desk, a 200 km brevet and the two-person Himalayan relay with Niharika gave him fresh material on pacing, crew and patience.

2024
This was Nirvedha's busiest year in the session notes, and the work reached further than the one-to-one room. It began in January with new coaching clients, each starting from a discovery conversation and a practical toolkit, and the same careful structure ran all year. In the spring the team planned an operational excellence workshop for a food company and, in the summer, took on a five-module programme for doctors at a Hyderabad hospital, delivered on Saturday afternoons. A pharma company also invited Sudhakar into its trainer community, and a coal business booked a two-day transactional analysis workshop. In October he travelled to deliver two batches of leadership training for an industrial group. Executive coaching for a fintech firm ran from the summer, and in November a software company began a full leadership programme with stakeholder conversations, an emotional intelligence report and goal setting. Sudhakar also trained for his own half marathon and registered for the Hyderabad Marathon, and the discipline of long runs shaped how he paced his coachees. He enrolled in an advanced facilitation certification and closed the year by signing a partnership agreement with a consulting firm.

2025
The year began with coaching for two senior leaders at a technology company, finished with a written review in March, and a standing invitation to judge a student entrepreneurship round in January. In March, Sudhakar designed and ran a three-hour change-management workshop for an engineering company's senior team within days of the request. Through the spring and summer, one-to-one coaching grew: executive-presence roadmaps, personal-brand surveys and written minutes after every conversation, alongside many short introductory coaching conversations booked online. Proposals went out for hospital leadership training and for a train-the-trainer day at an industrial plant. From October, a pharma company's training team scheduled a run of sessions at a leading hospital, starting on 16 Oct, alongside work at other hospitals. Sudhakar kept the hospital sessions practical and tied to the discharge-time problem staff cared about. In December he built the plan and workbook for a one-day offsite for the hospital's senior team, due early in 2026. He also created his research profiles that month, ready for the six papers on the physics and Vedanta of leadership.

2026
The year opened with a hospital workshop on 9 January, the last of the long hospital programme that had begun the previous autumn. A new run of sessions soon followed through the hospital training arm, and in April a three-module programme ran across consecutive Fridays. The books came thick and fast: The Physics of Leadership in January, The AI-Ready Leader in April, The Coaching Room later that month and The Frozen Particle in August, each finding readers within days. In May a founder-led company asked for structural help in becoming professionally managed. A compact was drafted, argued over point by point and signed in June, and the work began on 2 July with monthly visits, a council and one-to-ones. Out of it grew tools: a sales engine, a people platform and a programme page, all built for that one client first. Recognition arrived without being bought. Sudhakar was a Thinkers360 finalist in June and a Top Voice in October. In the autumn CoachOS went live at its own address. A new personal coaching client was set to begin on 1 December.
