What I collect. Why. What I never do with it.

This page tells you, in plain language, what information Nirvedha Executive Coaching Solutions collects when you visit nirvedha.com or send an enquiry, why it is collected, who processes it, where it is stored, and what is never done with it. The First Discipline — the confidentiality discipline that governs the coaching room — applies before an engagement begins, while it runs, and after it ends.

Reading this site

The website nirvedha.com is a static-HTML site. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, builds no visitor profile, and does not attempt to identify you across sites or sessions. You can read every page here without giving your name.

One measurement tool runs on every page: GoatCounter, a cookieless, open-source analytics service. It records the page visited, the referring page, and coarse browser, screen-size and country information, so that I can see which writing is actually read. GoatCounter does not set cookies and does not store IP addresses — the visitor count is derived from a one-way hash that is discarded the same day and cannot be reversed to identify you. No individual reader is identifiable to me in that data, and it is never joined to an enquiry.

The site is served over a content delivery network, which — like every web host — keeps short-lived server logs for security and abuse prevention. Two guides on this site are PDF downloads; a download is counted as an anonymous event in GoatCounter, with no personal data attached.

What the enquiry form collects

The single point at which personal information is collected is the enquiry form on the contact page. The fields are:

• Your name
• Your email address
• What your enquiry is about
• Your current role and industry
• A seniority indicator — asked only for individual coaching enquiries
• The reason you wrote — your why now
• How you heard about Nirvedha (optional)

That is the entire set. No other personal data is collected anywhere on this site.

How the form reaches me

The form is delivered by Formspree, a form-processing service, which receives your submission and forwards it to my inbox at sudhakar@nirvedha.com. Formspree therefore processes your submission on my behalf, and holds a copy in its own system so that a message is not lost if email delivery fails. Formspree also records the submission's technical metadata — including the submitting IP address — for spam prevention. I have no other use for that metadata and do not export it.

Formspree is my data processor for this single purpose. Everything else that happens with your enquiry happens in my own inbox.

If you would rather not use a third-party form at all, write to me directly at sudhakar@nirvedha.com with the same information. That route involves no processor other than your own email provider and mine, and it receives exactly the same personal reply.

Why I collect it

The form exists so I can read your enquiry personally and decide whether a conversation makes sense. I read every enquiry; I reply within seventy-two hours. The information you send is used to understand your situation, decide on fit, and respond to you. Nothing else.

Where it is stored

Enquiries arrive in my email inbox at sudhakar@nirvedha.com, and a copy sits in the Formspree account until I clear it. They are stored for the duration described below. They are not loaded into any CRM, marketing platform, lead-scoring system, or third-party automation, and no enquiry text or personal detail is ever sent to analytics.

The processors, in full

For completeness, these are every third party that touches data from this site:

• GoatCounter — cookieless page and download analytics. No cookies, no stored IP addresses, no personal data.
• Formspree — enquiry-form delivery. Receives the form fields you submit, plus technical metadata for spam prevention.
• The website host and its content delivery network — serves the pages and keeps short-lived security logs.
• My email provider — carries and stores my inbox, in which your enquiry sits.

There is no advertising network, no retargeting pixel, no social-media tracker, no session recorder and no chat widget on this site.

What I never do

• I never sell your information to anyone
• I never share your information with third parties for marketing or any commercial purpose
• I never name any client — current, former, or applied — on this site, in pitch decks, in published writing, or in conversation outside the coaching room, unless that person has given me their own permission to do so
• I never solicit a testimonial, and never make one a condition of an engagement. Where a leader has written about their experience publicly of their own accord and given permission for it to be reproduced, it appears at what leaders wrote — and nowhere else
• I never add enquirers to mailing lists, newsletters, or marketing automations
• I never send your enquiry text, your name, or any personal detail to an analytics service

How long I keep your enquiry

If we proceed to a chemistry conversation and an engagement begins, your enquiry becomes part of your engagement record and is retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years (the standard period for professional records under Indian law). If we do not proceed, your enquiry is retained for twelve months in the event that you wish to write again or refer the work to a peer, and is then deleted from my inbox and from the Formspree account.

You can request earlier deletion at any time by writing to sudhakar@nirvedha.com with the subject line "delete my enquiry". The deletion is performed within seven business days and confirmed by reply.

Your rights under Indian law

This site is operated from Hyderabad, India. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP) gives you the following rights, all of which I honour by reply email within seven business days of a written request:

• The right to access the data I hold about you
• The right to correct any inaccuracy in that data
• The right to delete the data, subject to the retention rules above
• The right to nominate someone else to exercise these rights on your behalf
• The right to a grievance procedure if you believe these rights have been infringed

Exercise any of these rights by writing to sudhakar@nirvedha.com. I respond personally — there is no support ticket queue.

Children's data

Nirvedha coaching is for senior corporate leaders. The website is not directed at minors and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you are under eighteen, please do not submit the enquiry form.

Changes to this notice

If this notice is updated — for example, if I add or remove a processor, or change the form mechanics — the updated version will appear here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for thirty days. This notice is reviewed against what the site actually does at least once a year.
