This page sets out the terms under which Nirvedha Executive Coaching Solutions offers the website nirvedha.com, the application form on the contact page, and the published material — papers, books, frameworks, podcasts. By using the site, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose; read them once.

What you can do

• Read every page on this site, save them for later, share links
• Quote the published papers and books with proper citation — every paper carries a Zenodo DOI; every book is available via the Amazon shortlinks above
• Apply for coaching by submitting the form on the contact page
• Reach out to discuss the work, propose a podcast appearance, or pitch a published-piece collaboration

What you cannot do

• Republish the content of these pages on a third-party site without written permission. Excerpts of up to two hundred words are permitted with citation; longer republication requires written consent
• Use the framework names — RE:CODE™, N-GAGE, IMF, Quantum Coaching, LENS, AI Capability Radar — to describe a competing product or training programme. RE:CODE™ is a registered trademark; the others are protected proprietary methodologies
• Use the published research papers as if they were your own. The papers carry permanent DOIs deposited under ORCID iD 0009-0001-7671-120X; the citation chain is verifiable
• Submit applications under false identity or with deliberately misleading information

What the site is, and what it is not

Nirvedha is an executive coaching practice. The content on this site — papers, frameworks, books — is offered as professional and intellectual material. It is not legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or a regulated therapy service. If you are looking for any of those, please consult the appropriate professional.

The application form is an invitation to a chemistry conversation. Submitting the form does not create a coaching engagement; an engagement begins only when both parties have signed an engagement letter and the first session is scheduled.

The First Discipline

The First Discipline — the confidentiality discipline that governs the coaching room — applies to everyone whose data or story might enter this site, regardless of whether they have engaged formally. No corporate client is named on this site. None will be without written consent. The two named relationships visible — Niharika Reddy Marapareddy, the student, and Soundar, who wrote the foreword to The AI-Ready Leader — exist because both consented in writing.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. Nirvedha makes reasonable efforts to keep the published material accurate and the verification links live. If a hyperlink breaks, a DOI moves, or a fact requires correction, please write to sudhakar@nirvedha.com and the correction is made.

Nirvedha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the application of the published material in your own context. The work in the coaching room is provided under a separate engagement letter, which carries its own terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This site is operated from Hyderabad, India. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

Changes to these terms

If these terms are updated — for example, to reflect a new framework name or a regulatory change — the updated version will appear here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for thirty days.
